Free missed-call audit

Terms of Service

Last updated Oct 31, 2026

These terms apply to this website (the "Site") and to the text-message program described below. They are offered by ResponseRidge ("we," "us"). Businesses that buy our call-capture service sign a separate Service Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services and book a free missed-call audit. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law.

2. Free missed-call audit

The audit is free and creates no obligation. To run it, a person on our team places an ordinary call to your published business number after hours, as a homeowner would, and writes down what happens. We do not record audit calls, do not report a false emergency, and will decline any offer to dispatch a technician. You can ask us not to call by contacting us through cal.com/signalridge/audit.

3. Not an emergency service

Our services are not a substitute for 911 or for gas, electric or other utility emergency lines. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

4. Text-message program terms

  • Program: ResponseRidge texts for (a) our own prospects who request an audit or demo, and (b) customers of the home-service businesses we serve, sent in that business's name.
  • What you'll get: one text after a missed call to a business we serve; and, only if you agreed, appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and audit results.
  • Frequency: varies; typically no more than 4 messages per month per business.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL) at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts from that program.
  • Help: Reply HELP or contact us through cal.com/signalridge/audit.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Content and ownership

The Site's content, design and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print them for your own use. Industry figures on the Site are national averages from the cited sources and are not promises about your results.

6. No warranties

The Site and the free audit are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the free audit or the text program, and our total liability for any such claim is limited to $100.

8. Governing law

Florida law governs these terms. Venue is the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new "last updated" date.
